Under the hood, GameID runs your input through a multimodal AI model that has seen vast amounts of visual and textual data about videogames. For video clips, we extract a representative frame in your browser so nothing bulky leaves your device.

Results are AI-generated. They're usually accurate but not infallible — always double-check anything important before quoting it.
